Yes. At Zona Pest Solutions, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service. The best way to do that is to treat your home year-round on a bi-monthly basis (every other month). By doing this, we can ensure that your home has a constant barrier to repel pests out and away from your home. This also allows us to treat different pests that arrive in different times throughout the year. If necessary, we will always come back between services for a “touch-up” treatment, free of charge.
The “Initial Service” and the “Egg Cycle Service” are the most important services you will receive on your home within the first year. In the first visit, we will eliminate between 60-70% of the adult insects that are nesting on your property. After the initial treatment, its common to see a slight increase in insect activity after we disturb their nesting habits. It is VITAL to have a subsequent treatment within a 30-45 day time window not only to eliminate the remaining 30-40% of the adult bugs, but also to break up breeding and nesting cycles. Our initial treatment does not take care of eggs that have been previously laid by insects since they are impermeable. It’s important to have the second “Egg Cycle Service” within the 30-45 day time window in order to eliminate the other eggs after they hatch.
Our goal is to give customers a service that is worth paying for. Just like going to the dentist regularly, or changing your car’s oil, pest control requires routine maintenance to ensure positive results. Because our products are weather, time, and water resistant, they normally last between 60-90 days when applied properly. Going anywhere past this time window allows for new pests to lay eggs and create future issues, negating previous treatments. Coming back every 60 days allows us to renew the initial barrier, and keep our product from breaking down in between treatments.
Yes. As long as you have an active service account with us, we will come back to your home as many times in-between services as needed until your pest problem is resolved, and you as the customer are completely satisfied.
Many people think that due to colder weather, pest control isn’t needed during the winter months. This is false. During the winter months, pests find warm places to harbor and withstand the cold. The inside of your home, serves as a perfect place for them to hide. You may feel like your pest services in the winter aren’t necessary because you aren’t seeing any bugs, but it is usually because they are hiding inside walls and crevices where it is warm and safe, not because they aren’t there.

You are billed after each regular service treatment, never before. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the service each and every visit!
Should you decide to cancel before the first year of service, all we ask back is any initial discount given.
